Dezinfex DCLR Plus 337 is an alkali based liquid detergent, it has high bubbling foam; suitable for cold water and hot water cleaning, it includes chlorine, specifically designed for cleaning and hygiene the public areas, surfaces of integrated milking systems, milk tanks, milking clusters and equipments.
Usage Areas: Designed for cleaning and disinfecting the surface of all public areas that require foaming cleaning such as bulk tanks, milk silos, farm equipments, surfaces of milking clusters, pipes, walls and ground of farms.
Components and Technical Details:
• Includes Sodium Hydroxide < 15% Sodium Hypochlorite < 15% foaming surfactant agents (Surfactants)], surface protectors and chelating agents to maintain the effectiveness of hard water.
• No Nitrate or Phosphate.
• Transparent colored solution.
• pH 12 – 13.
Important considerations before use:
Wear suitable protective clothing and gloves. Wet and clean the rough dirt with hot water (50 – 60°C) and soak the surface.
Usage and Dosage: Dezinfex DCLR 337 must be diluted in to water by 1 to 2% (100-200ml for 10 liters of water). For pressured machines usage rate must be less than 2-3%. Apply using a foaming machine and spray on the surfaces then wait 10 – 15 minutes. Use a sponge or a brush for manual applications and foam the surfaces to clean fat, dirt and residues. Using hot water is recommended to get the best results (water must not be hotter than 70°C)
Material compatibility: It is used for chrome materials, stainless steel, PVC, PTFE, plastics, teflon and tiles, ceramic coated surfaces according to the technique. Use carefully on unknown surfaces.
Storage, transport and security: Don’t use Dezinfex DCLR Plus 337 with incompatible substances (acid based products for example). Keep it only in the original container. Keep the container closed and in a clean, cool, and well ventilated place away from heat, flammable materials and intense light. Avoid residues of the product on the containers. Containers which are opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage. Undiluted form is harmful for skin and eyes, use protective glass and mask.
