Majority of calf diarrheas are caused by viruses including Rotavirus and Coronavirus.
We all know that antibiotics are ineffective and not recommended for viral diarrheas. The best way for such cases is to improve the immune system with vitamins, minerals, immunoglobulins (antibodies) and to restore electrolytes lost during diarrhea. Farmann Roto- Corono supports the weakened immune system of calves suffering from diarrhea by providing antibodies. The antibodies are extracted from vaccinated eggs (IgY) which contain immunoglobulins including colostrum immunoglobulins. The vitamins and minerals help improve the status of calves and urgently restores electrolytes lost. The used minerals are biologically beneficial (highly organic minerals). Pectins (derived from fruits) are added to strengthen the immune system of calves and to soothe the intestines. Furthermore, pectin is a natural anti-diarrheal. Abortions caused by metabolic acidosis are prevented with Sodium Bicarbonate.
Usage Instructions: In case of diarrhea, inject behind the tongue without holding the tongue. Make sure it is swallowed. For the second and third days; product can be used if needed. After each usage, do not forget: depending on fluid loss, provide calf with 1-2 liters of water. For yeanlings 1-2 glasses of water.
Farmann Roto- Corono can be mixed in water or milk.
In extreme cases of diarrhea: Bloody excretions, diarrhea caused by crypto-virus, dehydration (dehydration: losing skin elasticity, pitted eyes), depressed and/or calves that are unfit to swallow given fluids willingly: Please immediately contact your veterinarian for immediate solution.
Dosage: For cases of mild diarrhea, 1 syringe will be adequate. However, in serious cases it is advised to use it continuously for 2-3 days. For yeanlings, apply 2-3 g/day. For mature animals, suspected of virus based diarrhea, according to body temperature, use 4-5 pieces/head.
Storage: Store in a cool dry place, between 5-25°C in its original container. Do not freeze the product.
Shelf Life: 18 months in original container from date of manufacture.
